Shipping Guarantee

When you place an order with Sassa Bella, you can guarantee that we will take the time to carefully package and ship your products to you. Our goal is to have most credit/debit card orders received by 3pm Eastern Time Monday thru Thursday processed and shipped within 1 businessday, but we do ask that you allow us 2 business days in the event that we become unexpectedly busy. 

Exclusions include international orders, orders placed on Friday through Sunday, orders for Puerto Rico and APO addresses and orders placed prior to and during major US holidays.

Cutoff and Shipping Times
If you have selected UPS 2nd Day and 3 Day Select services, orders must be received by 2 PM Monday-Friday Eastern Time to qualify for same day shipping, and UPS Next Day orders must be received by 12 PM Eastern Time to qualify for same day shipping. Therefore if you place an order on Monday and select 2 Day Air shipping you will not receive your parcel until Wednesday

If you request regular UPS or FedEx ground services for your order, but wish to have it expedited and shipped the same day, we will "rush" your order by having it sent out the same day it was received. This service costs $5.00 and your order must be received by 2 PM Monday-Friday Eastern Time.

Shipping Charges
For online orders we charge actual shipping based on UPS, FedEx, and USPS rates which are displayed in your cart and during checkout. These charges are calculated and automated within our shopping cart system and all charges are clearly visible during the check out process. If you wish to use your own UPS or FedEx account number, please provide this to us and we will ship your order on your own account and no shipping charges shall apply.

Heavy Items and Actual Shipping Charges
Heavy items which include 1 and 5 gallon sizes, and case quantities of containers will be charged shipping based on published UPS and/or FedEx charges. For extra large quantities and weights please call the order in to get an estimate on freight shipping. Sassa Bella uses Con-Way Freight.

Add-ons and Adjustments
Because we process and ship your order within moments of receiving it, we are unable to accept adjustments or additions for your order. While we apologize for this inconvenience, we have found this policy to be helpful in our Quick Shipping Guarantee.

Sassa Bella guarantees that If for ANY reason you are unhappy with the products you received, please send them back within 60 days of purchase for a full refund, NO questions asked! It is our way of assuring you that we guarantee you'll enjoy our products. And if you do not, then we will do everything to make your business experience with Sassa Bella the most enjoyable.

Shipping Charges on Returned Merchandise
All shipping charges incurred for returning merchandise to Sassa Bella is the sole responsibility of the customer, unless it is the result of our error.
